<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit device that transmits electric signals between two circuits not mutually connected, and also that is immune to noise. <P>SOLUTION: The circuit device has first transmission inductors 200, first insulating layers 120, first receiving inductors 300 and second receiving inductors 320. The first transmission inductors 200 consist of spiral-shaped conductive patterns, and receive input transmission signals. The first receiving inductors 300 are arranged in regions superposed to the first transmission inductors 200 through the first insulating layers 120. The first receiving inductors 300 consist of the spiral-shaped conductive patterns, and generate receiving signals in response to the transmission signals input to the first transmission inductors 200. The second receiving inductors 320 are connected in series with the first receiving inductors 300, and consist of the spiral-shaped conductive patterns.
