摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity of an electrode equipped with a perforated current collector. <P>SOLUTION: In a current collector laminating process, a current collector laminating unit 30 composed of current collector materials 31, 32 and a film material 33 is formed. Moreover, in a resist printing process, resist layers 34 of a prescribed pattern are formed on both faces of the current collector laminating unit 30. In an etching process, etching treatment is applied by using the resist layer 34 as a mask, and through-holes 20a, 23a are formed against respective current collector materials 31, 32. In a resist removing process, the resist layer 34 is removed from the current collector laminating unit 30. Since the etching treatment is applied to a plurality of current collector materials 31, 32, it becomes possible to improve productivity of the electrode. Moreover, since falling-off of an electrode slurry is prevented by the film material 33 at the time of slurry application, the current collector laminating unit 30 can be transported in the horizontal direction, and it becomes possible to improve productivity of the electrode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
