<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical tomographic imaging apparatus or the like imaging a tomographic image of high-contrast when imaging the tomographic image. <P>SOLUTION: The optical tomographic imaging apparatus to image the tomographic image of an object to be measured by using a return light of a measuring beam reflected or scattered by the object and a reference beam reflected by a reference mirror, which has: a light intensity varying means provided on an optical path for guiding the measuring beam to the object for varying intensity of the measuring beam; an illumination condition varying means composed of a replaceable aperture for varying an illumination condition of the measuring beam that has passed through the light intensity varying means for the object; and a third tomographic image forming means by superposing a first tomographic image acquired in the condition that a center part of the measuring beam is not blocked and a second tomographic image acquired in the condition that the center part of the measuring beam is blocked. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
