摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductivity reduction device of a cooling liquid for a fuel cell for reducing the conductivity of the cooling liquid in stop of a moving body to a threshold or less in a shorter time than at the moving time of the moving body, and a fuel cell system. <P>SOLUTION: The conductivity reduction device includes a circulation piping 13 for circulating cooling liquid of the fuel cell 11 in a vehicle 1 and a radiator 14 which cools the cooling liquid in the circulation piping 13 and adjusts cooling capacity, and in stop of moving of the vehicle 1, the cooling capacity of the radiator 14 is made higher than at the moving time of the vehicle 1 and the cooling liquid is rapidly cooled.
