<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinged cap for separate collection with a tamper-preventive tool being attached to an outer peripheral wall of a cap body with a ring body being continuous to an outer cylinder. <P>SOLUTION: In the cap including the cap body and an upper lid, the cap body is equipped with a fitting cylindrical part consisting of an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder and a spouting cylinder. The ring body is continuously provided on the outer cylinder via a connection piece and a weakening piece so as to form a slit. A knob piece with a locking piece being raised thereon is provided on a peripheral edge is provided at a lower end of a side peripheral wall of the upper lid. An arc-shaped wall to be fitted and inserted into the slit is hanged from a lower surface of the side peripheral wall.
