PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a paper sheet is curled initially during the lamination process of coating the paper sheet with a film, in the case where a press bonding postcard is prepared using a presently available paper sheet, and consequently, a folding, cutting, and press bonding operation cannot be performed smoothly due to the adverse effect of the curl. SOLUTION: A web of continuous length shape is obtained by continuously coating the paper sheet with the film instead of coating the paper sheet with the film piece by piece. After this procedure, the web is folded, cut and press-bonded as it retains a continuous length shape, in the downstream process. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
