PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator having a plurality of operation buttons used to set the operation of the refrigerator and extremely convenient for a user and having a compact arrangement configuration. SOLUTION: The refrigerator 51 includes a refrigerating compartment 53 having an opening formed at the front face and storing objects and with a right door 60b for closing at least part of the opening of the refrigerating compartment 53 to enable opening and closing. The refrigerator is further provided with the four rectangular operation buttons 11 arranged in a longitudinal opening 80a formed at the front face of the right door 60b to continue in the longitudinal direction and used for the setting of the operation of the refrigerator 51 and with a display part 30 arranged adjacent to the uppermost or the lowest operation button 11 out of the four rectangular operation buttons 11 and displaying information on the operation of the refrigerator. Thus, the arrangement configuration is made compact in size while the area of the front face of each operation button is sufficiently secured.
