PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor-driven scroll type compressor can stably supply lubricating oil from an oil separating chamber to a bearing device on the distant side from a back pressure chamber, without impairing the function of the back pressure chamber, without complicating a structure. SOLUTION: A rotary shaft 24 of the motor-driven scroll type compressor 1 is formed with an oil feeding hole 70 composed of a first opening 71 opening oppositely to an inner ring 28 of the bearing device 25 in a front end part 24a, a second opening 72 opening in the back pressure chamber 39 in a rear end part 24b and a communicating hole 73 for communicating the first opening 71 with the second opening 72.
