PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine having a special symbol holding number display device capable of effectively utilizing the space of a game board surface by reducing the number of parts and simplifying a configuration, in the game machine for executing a game state concerning a plurality of special symbols. SOLUTION: For display devices provided at the corner part of a game board, various kinds of display devices for displaying a game state such as a normal symbol variable display device 82, a first special symbol variable display device 84, a second special symbol variable display device 86, the special symbol holding number display device 90, and a normal symbol holding number display device 92 are loaded. In this case, the special symbol holding number display device 90 is formed from a single 7-segment display device, the holding number of holding balls concerning a first special symbol is indicated by the first specified time, and the holding number of the holding balls concerning a second special symbol is indicated by the second specified time. Then, put-out time is held between the first specified time and the second specified time, the display of the first and second specified time is repeated, and thus the special symbol holding number display device 90 displays the holding balls of the respective special symbols.
