<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insensitive area detecting method and apparatus for detecting an insensitive area reflected with an uplink radio environment. <P>SOLUTION: In a radio communication system including a plurality of radio base stations 10 and a plurality of mobile terminals, when a signal indicating an insensitive state is received from a mobile terminal 12, the mobile terminal 12 requests total reception power information of a concerned one of the plurality of radio base stations 10 being connected to the radio base station, an uplink radio environment is determined from a magnitude of total reception power P<SB>total</SB>of the total reception power information received from the radio base station 10, and an insensitive area is predetermined using position information of the mobile terminal 12 and the uplink radio environment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
