<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner cartridge which loosens toner that is prone to aggregate in the cartridge and supplies it to a developing device side in a simple configuration, and to provide an image forming apparatus using the toner cartridge. <P>SOLUTION: The toner cartridge 200 is provided removably fitted to a toner supply pipe 105 for supplying toner to a developing device 102. The toner cartridge includes, as a toner discharging mechanism 200a, a toner discharging portion 204 having a toner discharge port 204a, a toner conveyor screw 202 for conveying toner inside toner container 201 and a shutter 203 for opening and closing the toner discharge port 204a. The shutter 203 has a loosening member 205. When the toner cartridge 200 is fitted to the toner supply pipe 105, the loosening member 205 moves inside the toner container 201 as the shutter 203 moves along the toner discharge port 204a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
