<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus which can establish both an optical finder system to observe past images at the same time while checking a subject by a subject optical image and acquisition of appropriate light-metering results. <P>SOLUTION: The optical finder system is provided with a first display area wherein a subject image is observed as an optical image and a second display area wherein an electronic image displayed by a display unit is observed, both of which can be observed at the same time through an ocular window. When operating a light-metering sensor for metering luminance of the subject optical image that is observed in the first display area, a display control means lowers luminance of an electronic image to be displayed in the second display area. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
