<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a transmission loss in a high-speed signal by suppressing a magnetic field generated by a current loop of a signal wiring line and a return path wiring line. <P>SOLUTION: A signal current path 401 extended from a signal pad 204 through a first bonding wire 203 and a package substrate 206 down to a first external terminal 211A and a return current path extended from a second external terminal 211B provided adjacent to the first external terminal 211A through the substrate down to a second pad 215 provided adjacent to the above signal pad are provided substantially in the same plane. By intersecting the current path and the return current path on the way to reverse directions of currents flowing through the loops, magnetic fields generated by the current loops of the signal current path and the return current path are canceled with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
