<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer flexible printed wiring board having an inner layer terminal enabling mounting a display element such as a liquid crystal on both surfaces of a target apparatus, to provide a display module in which the display element such as a liquid crystal is formed on both the surfaces of the multilayer flexible printed wiring board, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The multilayer flexible printed wiring board having a flexible connection terminal capable of mounting a component has two or more flexible cable portions including two or more multilayer portions 3 capable of mounting a component and first and second wiring layers 1, 2 for connecting between the multilayer portions, and a flexible connection terminal led out from at least one side of each of the mutilayer portions is provided on the first wiring layer 1, the multilayer portions are connected by the second wiring layer 2. In addition, in manufacturing the multilayer flexible printed wiring board, a slit 50 is provided on a portion where ends of the connection terminals opposes, the slit is sealed with an adhesive and peeled later. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
