<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more convenient power-saving system. <P>SOLUTION: The power-saving system 100 includes: an infrared sensor 31; an information terminal 10 for receiving a detection signal from an infrared sensor 21; and a plurality of electrical appliances 20. In this case, the information terminal 10 manages priority information for each electrical appliance 20.
