<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a functional thin-film that can be laminated or fixed on a base material irrespective of restriction of the base material and has excellent functionality and excellent bending strength or excellent tensile strength, a functional thin-film, a method for manufacturing a functional thin-film laminated base material, and a functional thin-film laminated base material. <P>SOLUTION: The functional thin-film laminated base material 3 having excellent functionality and excellent bending strength or excellent tensile strength can be manufactured by using a technique: to previously create a functional thin-film 1 having a networked structure or a netlike structure composed of fine particles and an excellent functionality subjected to proper heating treatment and/or proper chemical processing on a temporary base material, to arrange oppositely the face, on which the face of the thin-film 1 is desired to be laminated or fixed, of a desired base material 2 and the face of the functional thin-film each other so as to be in contact with each other; to press and/or heat subsequently the temporary base material and the base material 2 so that the functional thin-film 1 is laminated or fixed on the base material 2; and to remove then, the temporary base material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
