<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handwritten information processing system for allowing the storage device of an airplane to store an annotation as input information handwritten by a pilot in association with a mission log as an event log. <P>SOLUTION: The system includes: sensors 7 attached to the body of the airplane; the storage device 3 arranged in the body and storing the event log concerning events collected during a flight job; a computer 5 for generating the event log by using sensor information from the sensors and storing the event log in the storage device 3; and a handwritten information input device 2 connected to the computer 5, having a pen input device, generating handwritten information from input information which is inputted to the pen input device by handwriting of the pilot of the airplane, and outputting to the computer 5 the written information and an input completion announcement which indicates that the input information is inputted by handwriting.
