<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information storage medium (optical disk) which can record and reproduce digital moving image information, an information reproducing method utilizing this medium, an information recording method, and an information reproducing device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The information storage medium is characterized in that an AV file includes a video object, a cell time information includes a time code table relating to the video object, a cell indicating a reproduction section in the video object and PGC indicating a reproduction order of the cell are defined, duplicate reproduction of the same place in the video object between cells in different PGC can be performed, and the PGC information is recorded as reproduction control information.
