<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and compact device connectable to an Internet site only by connecting to a computer by a detachable device of USB connection without a readable/writable storage device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A USB device is recognized as a CD-ROM from a computer, and connects the computer to the site of the Internet set beforehand on this device by an autorun function. The information for connecting the computer to the site of the Internet set beforehand in this device by the autorun function is stored in firmware (micro-code) of the same device.
