<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a sealing work which is an indispensable office work from uninteresting dull work to a pleasant enjoyable work. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The sealing work is easily changed to the pleasant work, and also, to a means for expressing individuality, by incorporating a device for generating sound desired by an owner, under a seal ink or stamp pad, at each time a seal is pressed.
