<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a timepiece capable of displaying largely a figure on a calendar, and improving design property. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This timepiece 1 is equipped with a calendar mechanism provided with a dial 4 equipped with a date display part 40 having a ten-digit date display window 42 and a single-digit date display window 41, a ten-digit date indicator on which ten-digit figures are printed, and a single-digit date indicator on which single-digit figures are printed, for displaying some one from among a plurality of ten-digit figures from the ten-digit date display window 42, and displaying some one from among a plurality of single-digit figures from the single-digit date display window 41. The timepiece 1 is also equipped with a week hand 3, a week hand shaft for holding the week hand 3, and a day-of-week display part having a day-of-week scale 4C provided with the scale of the day of week displayed by the week hand 3. The date display part 40 is arranged in the 12-o'clock direction on the timepiece 1, and the day-of-week display part is arranged in the 6-o'clock direction, and the week hand shaft is provided on the furthermore outside than each rotation locus of peripheral edges of the single-digit date indicator and the ten-digit date indicator.
