<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To have the smallest influence of short-circuiting caused by a droplet bridge, on equipment installed in an atmosphere in which the droplet is easy to condense. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The fastening structure comprises: an insulating member 21 interposed between a first metal member 16 facing an atmosphere B in which the droplet is hard to condense and a second metal member 17 facing an atmosphere A in which the droplet is easy to condense; a shaft 22 communicated to the first metal member 16, the insulating member 21, and the second metal member 17; overhanging sections 25, 26 overhanging radially outside from the shaft 22; a fastening member fastening the first metal member and the second metal member in such a condition that the overhanging sections 25, 26 project from the first metal member 16; an insulating washer 27 interposed between the first metal member 16 and the overhanging sections 25, 26; and an insulating collar 28 interposed between the shaft 22 of the fastening member and an inner wall of the first metal member 16 to which the shaft 22 is communicated.
