<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel method for detecting an interaction between two types of molecules in a gas phase, and a gas phase sensor for detecting the interaction between two types of the molecules in the gas phase. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the method for detecting the interaction between two types of the molecules in the gas phase, a donor fluorescent component and an acceptor fluorescent component for generating a fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) are combined with two types of the molecules interacted with each other when a preparation is implemented.
