<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire assembling device and a tire assembling method attaining miniaturization of the whole of a facility and cost reduction. Ž<P>SOLUTION: By offsetting a rotation shaft Y1 of a second working mechanism 24 for transmitting rotation drive force for fastening a nut 30 to a rotation shaft Y2 of a first working mechanism 22, the rotation drive force can be transmitted to respective nut fastening parts 126 of a plurality of nut fastening units 122a, 122b with different arrangement of the nut fastening part 126. Therefore, the rotation drive force required for fastening of the nut 30 in the plurality of nut fastening units 122a, 122b can be fed from a single rotation drive force production part 78.
