Provided is an intermediate film for laminated glasses which is excellent in penetration resistance, moisture resistance and sound insulating properties.  An intermediate film for laminated glasses which comprises both a polyvinyl acetal resin and a plasticizer, wherein the plasticizer is represented by the general formula (1) [wherein R1 is phenyl; R2 is alkylene having 2 to 4 carbon atoms; and n is 4 to 6].
