The method for evaluating video data by a contest distributes a predetermined prize to the producer of video data and the spreader of video data, making it possible to rapidly spread the produced video data, pays the predetermined prize according to the established method for evaluating video data, making it possible to allow the producer to produce the video data with better quality, and can provide the video data with better quality to the sponsor of video data in a defined budget.</p> |
