The first distal end connects to the collet, and the second distal end includes a coupler. The collet includes a plurality of extensions for attaching to the rotating member. A fixed-diameter collet bore is defined by innermost portions of the extensions, and the collet bore has a diameter smaller than a diameter of the rotating member.
