<p>Container for materials showing considerable temp. differences from the surroundings, particularly a container for the transport or storage of liquefied gases, esp. on a ship, whereby if the container is exposed to temp. changes in one direction, e.g. the length direction, the contraction or expansion is taken up by one or more expansion corrugations in the sense of an expansion bellows, while the contraction or expansion of the walls in transverse directions is taken up by a small displacement or shift of the walls.</p> |
