FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: device contains intermediate ladle, ingot-forming equipment with wide and narrow verges, closed-bottom cylindrical immersion nozzle with centered channel and off-centered vertical outlet ports. Pouring nozzle is implemented as force-feed at ratio F1/2F2=1.05-1.1, where F1 - choke-tube area of central section of central channel of pouring ladle, F2 - discharge area of pouring nozzle. Vertical outlet ports of pouring nozzle are located under angle = 3-8 to vertical axis passing through center of pouring nozzle. ^ EFFECT: improvement of quality of uninterruptedly-casted rectangular steel ingots and efficiency of process of receiving of steel ingot. ^ 2 cl, 4 dwg |
