<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for charging a fixed amount of unrefined sake where a fixed amount of unrefined sake can be accurately charged in a prescribed period of time so as to increase efficiency in whole the operation of lifting a tub. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for charging a fixed amount of unrefined sake is provided with an unrefined sake-charging device 1 disposed above a lifting tub position 2; an unrefined sake pump 3 for supplying the unrefined sake to the unrefined sake-charging device 1; a pressure tank 4 for the unrefined sake provided between the unrefined sake-charging device 1 and the unrefined sake pump 3 as an adjunct; an air pressure regulation device 5 for maintaining the pressure in the pressure tank 4 constant; and an electromagnetic flowmeter 11 and an electrically-driven gate regulating valve 13 each provided in the pipe line of an unrefined sake-supplying pipe 12 passing from the pressure tank 4 for the unrefined sake to the unrefined sake charging-device 1. In the apparatus, the flow volume of the unrefined sake flowing through the unrefined sake-supplying pipe 12 is detected by the electromagnetic flowmeter 11 to control the electrically-driven gate regulating valve 13 based on the detected value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
