It incorporates also unit 5 to generate stabilisation voltage up-signal, unit 9 to inhibit stabilisation voltage increase, unit 23 to generate substation voltage stabilization level decrease signal, unit 16 to compute substation voltage level, AND element (13), unit 20 to control stabilisation voltage minimum level, unit 21 to generate signal cancelling voltage stabilisation and cutting in switching unit that switches transformer over to natural characteristic, unit 22 to temporarily delay switching unit and switching unit 23. ^ EFFECT: possibility to adjust voltage in both overhead contact system and transformer station. ^ 2 dwg |
