METHOD AND SYSTEM OF ACQUIRING MEDIA DATA IN THE APPLICATION LAYER MULTICAST NETWORK

A method and system for acquiring media data in an application layer multicast network is disclosed. Specifically, the media data such as media session information of a node can be correctly acquired by transferring a media connection signaling between nodes; thus, the corresponding CDR is generated according to the collected media data to implement quasi-real-time charging or traffic-based charging in an application layer multicast network.
