A battery (Battery) is connected to a DC-DC converter (DC-DC converter) with a connection (neg HV) to the lamp circuit and a connection to a power control and safety circuit. There are two capacitors (1,2) in series between the DC-DC converter and earth. The lamp (9) and inductive starter coil (3) are connected to the midpoint between the two capacitors. A second inductor (6) is connected in series to the lamp and inductive starter coil and to the midpoint between two transistors (4,5) connected to an inverter control circuit (Inverter Control). An additional circuit with a capacitor (7) and a resistor (8) is connected to the terminals (11,13) of the lamp-starter circuit.
