PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the positional precision of a sheath and a plurality of the clips charged in the sheath. SOLUTION: The operation wire 12 inserted through the sheath is constituted so that the front hook 58 provided to the leading end thereof is fitted to the fitting part 55 of a connection member 48 and the rear hook 59 thereof comes into contact with the rear end of the connection member 48 and the operation wire 12 between the front and rear hooks 58 and 59 is held to a holding part 54 to connect the connection member 48. The front hook 58 has a size larger than the fitting part 55 of the connection member 48 and fitted to the fitting part 55 by clamping fit. Since the interval between the front and rear hooks 58 and 59 is shorter than the axial length of the holding part 54, the rear hook 59 closely comes into contact with the rear end of the connection member 48. Since the operation wire 12 and the connection member 48 are connected without causing shaking, the positional precision between the sheath and the respective clips 19 is enhanced.
