FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to technology of manufacturing prosthetic-orthopedic products, and can be used in manufacturing of frame orthopedic insoles. Manufacturing of frame from elastic material corresponding to sole shape, frame is made by injecting melted polymer mass, based on polyamides, under pressure through press-form ingate, simultaneously into volume between internal surfaces of detachable puncheons and matrices of left and right frames of prosthetic-orthopedic insoles made by optimal master-model in accordance with computer program corresponding to given dimension type of prosthetic-orthopedic insoles, through lateral surfaces of frames. Detachable puncheons and matrices are cooled with water by cooling canals made in puncheon and matrix bodies, press-form is disengaged on line of puncheon and matrix connection, product is pushed out of press-form, detachable puncheons and matrices are replaced with other dimension type, whose internal surfaces are made by the same master-model in accordance with computer program corresponding to other dimension type. ^ EFFECT: invention allows to solve problem of creation of cheap and efficient prosthetic-orthopedic product. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg |
