An independent claim is included for a polyvinyl chloride preparation comprising polyvinyl chloride, triacetin and plasticizer, where the preparation comprises triacetin (0.5-50 parts by weight) and one or more plasticizer (5-95 parts by weight), and the sum of triacetin and plasticizer is 10-100 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of polyvinyl chloride.</p> |
