The present invention refers to a cubic three-dimensional arrangement of exploring coils, which allows the densities of time-varying magnetic fields to be measured, thus obtaining the components thereof in a simultaneous manner. The inventive sensor is based on the Faraday's Law, which allows the electric scalar potentials to be obtained, from which the flow density of each magnetic axis is obtained. The sensor may be used for measuring dispersion magnetic flows located in the space, as well as those in transformers, engines, electric generators and transmission lines. The data of the magnetic fields is useful for validating and improving the design of the aforementioned devices. The shape of the design enables the measurement of the flow density components to be measured in a single point and in a simultaneous manner.
