摘要 FIELD: power engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: reactor includes cylindrical housing filled with water and having supply and discharge branch pipes, on upper edge of which there located is metering sea water branch pipe; at that, lower part of housing cavity is provided with electrodes connected to electrical pulse sources made with possibility of forming activation zone by means of working surfaces facing each other. Some part of side surface of housing is enclosed in hermetically sealed jacket which together with some part of side housing surface adjacent to it are enclosed in hermetically sealed casing; at that, cavities of hermetically sealed jacket and hermetically sealed casing are filled with water, and supply and discharge branch pipes are connected to cavity of hermetically sealed jacket and arranged tangentially relative to its side walls with possibility of forming spiral ascending flow in cavity of hermetically sealed jacket; therefore, supply branch pipe is located below discharge one with coincidence of vector of flow moving through them. Cavity of hermetically sealed casing is interconnected with cavity of cylindrical housing, through holes made in walls of the latter, the rows of which are located above and below cavity of hermetically sealed jacket; at that, holes of lower row are made below activation zone. Besides holes provided within lower and upper row are located at equal distances from each other and have equal surface area. Used reactor is more effective as heat energy generator in all its operating modes and has reduced period of acceleration to operating mode. ^ EFFECT: increasing heat transfer efficiency. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg
