PURPOSE: A method for producing an outsole for shoes mainly made of MDI and polyester polyol and an outsole produced by the same are provided to achieve a good sense of wearing and walking stability by a smooth curving force and a superior curving force. CONSTITUTION: A main component is prepared by mixing an MDI of 60~70 wt.% and Polyester Polyol of 30~40 wt.%. A mixing agent is made by mixing polyester polyol of 80~90 wt.%, cross-linking agent, made of Ethylene glycol, of 0.5~1 wt.%, silicone surfactant, made of silicone, of 0.01~0.05 wt.%, foaming agent of 0.15~0.2 wt.%, catalyst of 1~2 wt.%, hardener curing agent of 0.5~1 wt.%, anti-wear agent of 5~11 wt.%, non-slip agent, made of silica, of 0.5~1 wt.%, and pigment of 2~4 wt.%. An outsole for shoes are manufactured by mixing the main elements and the mixing agent in the ratio of 100:70, and foaming the mixed substances inside a mold.
