PURPOSE: A sea information management system is provided to collect ocean information stably by protecting a communications line and power line with a wire used for refloating the hull. CONSTITUTION: In a device, a supporter(112) is installed to be vertical to the top of a body probe(111). A horizontal object(113) is installed to be parallel with the supporter. The probe(110) includes a plurality of guide bodies(114) installed at supporter or the horizontal object. A drive unit(120) is installed at the probe body and rotates the supporter. A drum is pivotally installed in the probe body. A driving motor is installed at the probe body and rotates the drum. A lifting device includes a driving motor and a cover wound in the drum, and a pair of a lifting wire. An underwater detector(140) is installed at the probe body and a transmission unit transmitting a position signal of an ultrasonic signal of the ultrasonic sensor.
