FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine and can be used in pulmonological departments of medical-diagnostic institutions. If the ambiguous signs of infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis are observed on medical evidence, ventilation-perfusion lung scanning is followed with determining of the ventilation-perfusion conformance, blood-gas permeability, and also additional determining of the ventilation-perfusion conformance. If there are simultaneously observed incomplete ventilation-perfusion conformance with prevailed microcirculation disorders, the ventilation-perfusion conformance index 1.10 and higher in the intact lung, normal blood-gas permeability of a tracer by 10 minutes after inhaled followed by acceleration 25% and more to 30 min of examination in both lungs, the infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis is diagnosed. ^ EFFECT: higher diagnostic accuracy of the infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis. ^ 5 dwg, 1 ex |
