FIELD: physics. ^ SUBSTANCE: automatic line has process baths and washing baths, apparatus for in-process floatation of processed components, loading and unloading positions, rail track, sensors, ventilation system, programmed control device and a tray for calculating droplets from transported components. The baths lie in two rows with long sides along the galvanic line. The washing baths lie opposite the process baths which are fitted with a slide element and ventilation system sections with regulated openings in the space under the cover of processing baths. Apparatus for in-process floatation of processed components is made in form of a robot vehicle with a cabin, fitted with an electric drive for movement along a line and an electric drive for crosswise movement of the cabin fitted on a platform on which an actuator for raising and bringing down components inside the cabin. Rail tracks of the robot lie between rows of process baths and washing baths and are made in form of two parallel channels rigidly mounted on the platform, inside of which there are four traveling wheels of the robot, and the cabin is fitted with a slide element at the level of the face of the cover of the process bath with possibility of interacting with the slide element of the cover of the process bath and the projecting frame for gripping the cover of the process bath. The programmed control device is made in form of an onboard controller with control and display elements on the robot. Under the tray there is a tank for collecting droplets with a tap for drainage of contents of the tank to a separate tank. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency, longevity, environmental friendliness, reduced labour input and convenient operation. ^ 1 dwg |
