The device has a door (10) with a transparent and/or translucent panel (20) i.e. glass panel, where the device is connected with a warm air source. Air circulation units are indirectly or directly connected with the warm air source. The air circulation units are arranged such that warm air is led to the panel through the air circulation units and/or into a region of the panel. The warm air source is formed by a component of a refrigerant cycle, by liquefaction and/or by a compressor. The air circulation units are formed in sections at a frame (12) of the door.
