PURPOSE: A pulling eye for drawing out a power line is provided to minimize friction between the power line and a buried tube or protective tube by installing a roller in an outer surface of a leaf spring. CONSTITUTION: A tensile wire passes through a wire penetration hole(10). One ends of leaf springs(50,50a,50b,50c) are fixed in the wire penetration hole. A front end of the tensile wire is fixed in a wire fixing hole(20,20a). The power line passes through a power line penetration hole(30). The other end of the leaf spring is fixed in the power line penetration hole. The front end of the power line is fixed in the power line fixing holes(40,40a). The leaf spring minimizes the friction between the power line and the buried tube or protective tube. |
