<p>Low nitrogen or nearly nitrogen-free gas generation involves performing heterogeneous gasification of biogenic fuels, residual materials or synthetic materials in a reactor including a gasification zone (1) and a combustion zone (4). The reactor includes a fluidized bed material. The fuel is introduced into a circulating fluidized bed gasification zone, where a part of the fluidized bed is designed as moving bed. The fuel forms a gaseous product or turns to gas in circulating fluidized bed gasification zone. The low nitrogen or nearly nitrogen-free gas is generated by performing heterogeneous gasification of biogenic fuels, residual materials or synthetic materials in a reactor including a gasification zone and combustion zone. The reactor includes a fluidized bed material. The fuel is introduced into a circulating fluidized bed gasification zone, where a part of the fluidized bed is designed as moving bed. The fuel forms a gaseous product or turns to gas in circulating fluidized bed gasification zone. The remained or residual material is transferred into the combustion zone with the cooled bed material on the moving bed (2). An independent claim is included for a device for generating low nitrogen or nearly nitrogen-free gas, which comprises a gasification zone and a combustion zone.</p> |
