METHOD OF PACKAGING BIOLOGICAL MATERIAL IN HEPATITIS B VIRAL CORE FULL LENGTH PROTEIN CAPSIDS

An invention pertains to the field of molecular biology, biotechnology and nanotechnology. The invention describes a packaging method of biological material like RNA, DNA or proteins in capsids of full length hepatitis B core protein. The method provides for a destruction of the said capsids with the following reconstructing them with simultaneous packagning of the selected biological material. The destruction comprises culturing the capsids in alkaline solution followed by dialysis for hydrolization of nucleic acid. After that the capsids are isolated from reacting mixture.
