<p>The gear i.e. gear shaft (1), has a switching device (2) including multiple gear shift rails (8a, 8b), by which the switching device is coupled with a transfer element i.e. shift fork (6), or gear shift fork (7). A switching movement of sliding sleeves (4, 5) is produced over the shift forks during a translational movement of the respective gear shift rails to produce a predetermined gear transmission ratio. The forks are supported at multiple points arranged in a mutually spaced manner by bearings in gear housing. The shift forks and the gear shift rails are supported by a common bearing.</p> |
