<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable performing highly extensible communication or the like. <P>SOLUTION: An optical signal 33 emitted from a light source 31-1 passes through a magic mirror 32 and is incident into a reflection section 12 of a substrate 11-1. The substrate 11-1 for transmitting data controls a reflection angle of the reflection section 12, corresponding to the data. The optical signal 33 from the light source 31-1 is reflected on the reflection section 12, is further reflected on the magic mirror 32, and is incident into a light-receiving section 13 of a substrate 11-2. The data corresponding to the optical signal 33 reflected on the light-receiving section 13 of the substrate 11-2 are demodulated in the substrate 11-2.
