FIELD: heating systems. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to evaporation equipment and can be used in chemical, metallurgical, power and food industries for evaporation of corrosive solutions. Boiling tube (BT) includes bent elbow 1 with vertical 2 and horizontal 3 sections adjacent to it and device 4 for regulating (DR) the evaporated solution flow. Regulating device 4 built in elbow 1 cavity is made in the form of concentrically installed elbow 5 fixed on walls of elbow 1 with radial ribs (RR) 6. In cavity of vertical and horizontal sections of boiling tube there concentrically mounted are annular protectors (AP) 7 and 8. Annular protectors and radial ribs are made from metal with electrode potential which is negative relative to metal of elbows 1 and 5. ^ EFFECT: invention allows decreasing corrosive and erosive wear of the main boiling tube elements owing to change of hydrodynamic structure of solution flow in combination with their electrochemical protector protection. ^ 4 cl, 4 dwg |
