PURPOSE: A video control method and an apparatus thereof based on a script for speaking and writing English for controlling the reproduction of the video are provided to manufacture the video for study efficiently by controlling the video according to the reproduction interval. CONSTITUTION: A first reproduction section is reproduced based on a script file(S201). An input text is evaluated based on at least condition text(S203). The input text is compared with the connection text of the sections except the first reproduction interval(S204). The regeneration of the second reproduction interval is controlled by using the second playtime within the script file(S205).
